Reliance on Allah (swt) – Make Du’a, Do your best, And leave the Rest To Allah (swt) I'm sure everyone has awareness of this concept – even children understand that God (swt) looks out for us and He (swt) is capable of anything. But then if we know this concept why is it that we fret. Whether its an exam, or money, or safety, or being happy, we always find something to worry about – something to fear. But if we take the simple concepts that….. Allah (swt) is capable of all things…. even to the extent that He (swt) knows where every fish in the sea is right now…. we eventually hit the crux. Subhan Allah  (سبحان الله): Meaning Allah is perfect in an absolute sense without any defects or imperfections of any kind. Usually translated as  Glory be to Allah .

Allahu Akbar  (Arabic:  الله أكبر ) is an Islamic phrase, called  Takbir  in Arabic, meaning "Allah is Greater" or "Allah is [the] greatest".

The best of dhikr is ‘La ilaaha illa-llah.'  The Prophet -- Allah bless and greet him -- said: "Whoever says: there is no god but Allah enters Paradise." Asking for healthy body, eyesight and hearing and refuge from disbelief and poverty Say three times: اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَدَنِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي سَمْعِي، اللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِي فِي بَصَرِي، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ، وَالفَقْرِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ القَبْرِ، لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ O Allaah, grant my body health, O Allaah, grant my hearing health, O Allaah, grant my sight health. None has the right to be worshipped except You. O Allaah, I take refuge with You from disbelief and poverty, and I take refuge with You from the punishment of the grave. Dua is the most underrated, underused tool in our life. \Why are we not using it to its fullest potential? 

Ohh Allah.. on this blessed Friday grand us relief from anxiety & grief. Protect us from worldly distractions that take us away from you. Ameen!
